7 nanometer processor in iPhone

Apple's 7 nanometer processor A12 is used in the upcoming revised iPhone x, and its the first 7nm processor to be used in a smartphone, those processors are under mass production and is done by a company named TSMC. Small transistor size of 7nm makes the device more efficient  than 10nm cpu used in  A11 previously, that can reduce the cost as well.

IBM 7090

IBM 7090 This computer was built by IBM in 1959. It was designed for large scale scientific and technological applications. The 7090 used a 36 bit word length, with an address space of 32K (32,768) words. It operated with a basic memory cycle of 2.8µs. This was built using transistor circuits.
